When you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, proposed stay dates and message. Our hosting systems may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and security logs.
When you proceed to book, your booking details are collected in the Rentlio booking engine. Depending on the reservation, this may include guest and contact details, stay details, payment information and special requests. Payment card data is handled by the payment services presented during booking and is not collected through this website's contact form.
3. Why we use personal data
- To answer enquiries and take steps requested before a possible reservation.
- To administer and perform accommodation reservations and related guest services.
- To meet accounting, registration, tourism, security and other legal obligations.
- To maintain the security, availability and integrity of the website.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our accommodation business. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it separately.
4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be handled by trusted providers that support our website, email and reservations, only as necessary for their services. Reservations are processed through Rentlio and any payment provider shown during checkout. If you choose the WhatsApp contact link, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or a competent authority.
5. International transfers
Some third-party services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider is responsible for applying an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. You can avoid WhatsApp by contacting us directly by email or phone.
6. Retention
Ordinary contact enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless they lead to a reservation or must be kept longer for a legal claim. Reservation, guest-registration, accounting and transaction records are kept for the periods required by applicable Croatian law. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not currently use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Basic technical storage may be used where strictly necessary for security or website operation.
